  • 1 1/2Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1Teaspoon cloves
  • 1Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 3/4Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4Cup Oil
  • 1/2Cup water, boiling
  • 1Cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2Cups carrots, shredded
  • 3 eggs(or 5 egg whites)
